girls' new bedrooms

With the money I made from subbing, I told the girls that we could redo their bedrooms.  They all wanted to repaint their bedrooms with bright, fun colors and Haley and Madelyn were ready to be out of the bunkbeds.  We re-purposed some furniture (painting the dressers and desks in the twins' room) and got new beds, bookshelves, curtains, etc.  We still need to finish organizing their bookshelves and rooms, and hang shelves and pictures; but we are almost finished!  

From February 11th until the last week of school I subbed long-term for a 1st grade teacher on maternity leave.   All my girls had her for 1st grade and loved her!  I learned that it was fun (at times) to be back in the classroom and I enjoyed socializing with the other teachers and staff, but I like being a stay at home mom even more.
